4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hil77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hil77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hil77 does not charge transaction fees on standard mobile money transfers; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — please consult your provider for details.

Before processing any withdrawal, hil77 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document and, in some cases, proof of address. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on hil77 — including but not limited to the platform's name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hil77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any element of hil77's content without prior written permission from hil77.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. hil77 operates under licensing arrangements with these providers; player use of such games is subject to those providers' own end-user terms.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

hil77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct clauses.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of account use.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity involving the account.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where the closure is due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, hil77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where the closure is initiated by the player for any non-breach reason, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
